Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our multidisciplinary design team for a two-year graduate programme in autumn 2026. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience by working on large, high-profile projects across a range of sectors.

Throughout the programme, you will be supported by experienced mentors who will guide your development and help you achieve your goals. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through four challenging rotations, each lasting approximately six months, across various discipline areas.

In addition to your on-the-job learning, you will attend accredited training courses, seminars, and workshops, including the Engineers Ireland CPD Certificate in Professional Engineering. Our goal is to provide a guided path to chartership at the end of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project engineers and technicians on assigned projects, ensuring efficient, controlled, and safe execution.
  • Assist the project engineer in carrying out design, reporting, contract documentation, checking, and contract implementation activities.
  • Support senior engineering and administration personnel in their daily tasks.
  • Attend sites and supervise/monitor site activities when necessary.
  • Promote adherence to company systems and standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 8 degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in the practical application of engineering.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Fluency/high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Previous industry experience is advantageous.
