As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our success. You will plan and deliver complex projects to agreed time, cost, and quality standards within our agile methodology. This requires excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and experience in leading geographically dispersed cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Producing project plans to track milestones and manage changes to the plan.
  2. Work with the customer team and with the leadership team to create accurate Roadmaps and Business cases.
  3. Managing projects and delivering to agreed plans and budget, in accordance with Business cases.
  4. Proactively managing change and scope creep with customers and other stakeholders, minimizing and avoiding where possible.
  5. Reporting on weekly/monthly progress against targets.
  6. Interacting and building consensus with customers and all stakeholders.
  7. Presenting status updates to customers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years project management experience leading complex software development deliveries.
  2. Advanced user of MS Project.
  3. Ability to operate within a multi-locational delivery team environment with both onsite and remote engagement.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the company in a client-facing role.
  5. Understanding of branching strategy, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, different test activities, and release tracking.
  6. Problem solver and decision maker.
  7. Strategic thinker encompassing the 'customer is king' ethos while ensuring company objectives are always met.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience working with demanding customers.
  2. Experience working on-site with a customer.
  3. Prior working experience with airlines would be an advantage.
