Warehouse Expert

Job Summary
Eflexes is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. This permanent role offers a highly attractive package for the right candidate.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely loading and unloading freight vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT). They will also receive and process goods inwards, efficiently store stock in designated warehouse locations, accurately pick and pack orders from stock, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Receive and process goods inwards
- Efficiently store stock in designated warehouse locations using a Reach FLT (with racks up to 7 meters high)
- Accurately pick and pack orders from stock, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including pallet building

Requirements
- A valid and up-to-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT License
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- At least two years experience working in a warehouse environment, particularly in fast-paced settings involving groupage loading
- Proven ability to accurately pick stock with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems for data entry
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to meeting customer needs

Benefits
This is a permanent contract, subject to a six-month probation period. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
