Join a dynamic food company in Kilkenny, Ireland as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician. Our laboratory operates in a fast-paced environment offering exciting analytical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage samples, receive, sort, record and log them into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Prepare feed, forage, premix, raw materials and supplements for analysis catering to various species.
  • Conduct tests according to established procedures and international standards.
  • Assist with internal audits, quality inspections and accreditation processes.
  • Maintain inventory, support financial control processes and contribute to health and safety improvements.
  • Address testing requests, ensure lab organization and support the Laboratory Manager when needed.
  • Keep accurate records, adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Science or related fields such as Agricultural Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Food Science.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Good organizational skills and solid understanding of GLP and safety standards.
