Senior Tax Manager

Job Description:
Xeinadin is a leading provider of business advisory and accountancy services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing technical expertise and guidance on tax planning and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, including corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, and inheritance tax advice.
- Manage client projects, working closely with entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, and high net worth individuals.
- Collaborate with other tax specialists across Ireland and the UK to provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification.
- Significant experience in tax advisory, preferably with a focus on corporate tax and wealth management.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in one or more areas of tax advice.
