About the Team
You will be working closely with the Director of Services and Heads of Service, providing financial and performance information to support their decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial and performance support services, with a comprehensive understanding of the issues affecting customer-facing organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the revenue budget and ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Providing financial and performance information to support the Director and Managers.
  • Forecasting variances, identifying overspend risks, and preparing annual budgets for rate setting.
  • Producing timely and accurate management accounts at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Identifying and highlighting financial risks through detailed reporting and analysis.
