  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of past clients for marketing purposes.
  • Closing a minimum of 3-5 mortgage units per month.

Requirements:

  • Active NMLS/MLO license.
  • Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
