To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 450 hour comprehensive Pilates education
- The ability to use a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- The willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching group classes as well as private and semi-private sessions in our state-of-the-art studios
- Providing Pilates instruction to include intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled
- Developing and creating class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club standards
- Staying up to date with and implementing Club education standards at all times
- Any other duties as assigned
