Senior Compensation and Benefits Professional

The role of Senior Compensation and Benefits Professional involves overseeing the efficient operation of payroll, compensation, and benefits functions. This includes managing employee queries, liaising with HR on payroll matters, preparing communications, and other payroll-related topics as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing statutory filings and reports.
  • Performing and supporting additional duties and reporting as required.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Managing day-to-day administration of company health insurance schemes, including provider point of contact, site point of contact, and onboarding of new staff on the company benefits program.
  • Renewing, rebrokering rates, and negotiating contracts.
  • Conducting market research and benchmarking on health insurance to advise the Head of HR & Training on best practices and opportunities within the market.

Requirements

  • A third-level qualification in Business Studies or a related discipline, along with membership in relevant industry bodies.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits within a busy team-based operational environment, ideally in the manufacturing/pharmaceutical industry.
