Project Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop, monitor, and update project plans and schedules for complex facilities.

  • Analyze schedule input from project partners to verify durations and integrity, as well as evaluate logic and float paths.
  • Integrate data into an overall master schedule.
  • Ensure the credibility of the information in the master schedule and make recommendations to manage float and resequence activities.
About the Role

This role involves developing, refining, and progressing project plans through various stages. The ideal candidate will analyze schedule input, integrate data, and ensure the credibility of the master schedule.

The successful candidate will collaborate with estimating and cost control to resource and cost load schedules, as well as with the team to support constructability and value engineering.

Evaluate schedule risk and perform analysis to baseline schedules and document the basis for approval.

Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances, and assess impacts on critical/near-critical path activities.

Perform job site walks to verify physical progress of scheduled activities and analyze change orders for schedule impacts.

Develop and record the project's historical schedule information and lessons learned for future use.
