Office Management Specialist

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of a site. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities, including liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for various stakeholders.
- Be the point of contact for meeting room schedules.
- Assist the Industrial Department with scheduling of medical appointments.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
