Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for staff utilization and resource allocation.
  • Maintain a culture of safety, adhering to our Health and Safety policy.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Foster open communication among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold a valid, unrestricted EASA B2 Licence with a type rating for Boeing.
  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles within the aviation industry.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
