Luxury Retail Concessions Manager

Our Luxury Retail Operations team is seeking an experienced Home and Lifestyle Concessions Manager to lead the development of our concessions categories and manage partnerships with concession partners. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of concession partners within our Home and Living Department, ensuring they operate in line with agreements and store policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of concession categories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with concession partners, driving business growth and loyalty
  • Ensure all concession areas meet operational standards, including staffing, compliance, and health & safety
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support concession delivery and brand presence
  • Monitor and elevate in-store brand presentation to reflect both partner identity and our brand values

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in a fast-paced retail operation, preferably in luxury or department stores
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret sales data
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive and agile, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
