Job Description:

• Exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional service
• Ensure a professional and friendly welcome for guests
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
• Transport guests to The Lodge at Harvey's Point in a timely manner
• Handle the delivery of guest laundry, messages, and parcels efficiently
• Support other departments in maintaining high standards of service
• Adhere to hotel procedures and protocols at all times
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area and promote it enthusiastically
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the hotel, particularly in public areas
