This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs to join a dynamic team of professionals working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Contract Catering Chef, you will be responsible for cooking and presenting high-quality dishes quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cook and present dishes according to established culinary standards
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Manage prep, stock, and overall kitchen organisation
  • Adjust dishes to meet dietary needs and client preferences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 2 years of experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment. Experience in contract catering is highly desirable, but not essential.

A culinary qualification is advantageous, but not required. Manual Handling and HACCP certification are mandatory, although training can be provided.
