Project Manager - Rail Infrastructure

As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, specifically in rail infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with diverse teams, managing resources effectively, and overcoming project challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing and executing project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, with a focus on rail infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, specifically in rail projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and rail infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
