We are seeking a Paralegal Assistant to join our team. As a Paralegal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior solicitors, managing files, and performing various tasks including dictation typing and legal research.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working in a litigation firm or department and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior solicitors.
  • Managing files with the assistance of senior solicitors.
  • Performing dictation typing and other administrative tasks.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing briefs and papers.
  • Attending Court and Counsel.
  • Communicating with legal teams and lodging papers.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, subject to variation with court dates etc.
