Key Responsibilities:- Wafer production: Perform various operations associated with wafer production, including equipment handling and process training.
- Equipment maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and work on defect reduction.
- Technical proficiency: Utilize technical manuals, specifications, and verbal instructions to perform tasks.
- Problem solving: Apply problem-solving techniques and use various tools and test equipment to address production challenges.
- National Framework Qualification (NFQ) Level 6/7 in a technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in technical / semiconductor / pharmaceutical / biomedical / medical device manufacturing.
- 3+ years of hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance in a regulated environment.
- 3+ years of experience in electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation in a regulated environment.
- Eagerness to learn new skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and multitask.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Skills to proactively drive operational / maintenance improvements.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing disciplines - High Precision Maintenance and Smart Place Work Organization.
- Maintaining vacuum systems, precision mechanical equipment, or RF systems.
This role will require an on-site presence.
