- Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency across the factory.

- Coordinate the implementation of new engineering changes to ensure seamless integration.

- Liaise with supply chain, production, quality, and design engineering teams to support product development.

- Utilize problem-solving techniques, such as the 9 Step Problem Solving A3 technique, to resolve daily Takt and Quality issues.

**Requirements**

- Degree in an engineering-related subject.

- 3 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably steel manufacturing.

- Experience working on lean/continuous improvement projects.

- Proficiency in CAD or similar software.
