Job Title: AI Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual individual to fill the role of AI Insights Specialist.

The primary responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Investigating and resolving reported issues via ticketing systems.
  • Enforcing client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
  • Becoming knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards.
  • Utilizing market-specific knowledge to identify scalable solutions for improving user support.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Recognizing trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong personal resilience and ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
  • Effective time management & prioritization skills.
  • Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in market language (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
