We have a vision to become the most progressive workplace in the life sciences industry. As a Field Service Specialist, you will join a team of experienced engineers providing technical support to renal dialysis equipment.

The role requires:

">
  • To engage in technical repair, both preventative and corrective, of equipment at customer sites or other locations.">
  • To advise and lead on the installation requirements for a renal dialysis unit.">
  • To undertake technical and user support training (both locally and in Germany) for products and any other relevant equipment.">
  • To develop and maintain a level of technical competency to work independently and confidently.">
  • Willingness to learn and embrace emerging technologies in the dynamic environment of modern medical devices.">
  • To be commercially aware and market-oriented.">
  • Flexibility to travel to customers throughout Ireland.">
  • To work as part of a team in achieving team/organisational objectives">

The ideal candidate will possess:

">
  • A degree qualification in electronic/electrical/mechanical/biomedical engineering or similar technical discipline.">
  • Strong computer and communication skills essential.">
  • Previous experience in renal technical services (maintenance & repair) is desirable.">
  • Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with allied health professionals.">
  • Familiar with relevant E.U. Directives for medical devices.">
  • A full clean driving license which allows you to drive in Ireland.">
  • Flexible to travel regularly throughout Ireland and further as needed.">
  • Must have valid legal status to work in Ireland in place.">
