Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled software developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will interact with stakeholders from various teams and departments for handling application activities and new projects.

The candidate should have expertise in software development methodologies, including design, coding, testing, and implementation of applications. They will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

  • Design, code, test, document, and implement application release projects as part of the development team.
  • Implement software solutions across countries with robust hardware and software configurations.
  • Provide strong technical knowledge to design payment flows and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with program management and quality control teams to deliver quality software on agreed project schedules.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Strong technical skills in software development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
