Job Title:

Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient and effective production.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes
  • Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Implementing Lean techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste
  • Coordinating with operations personnel to plan and manage daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering required
  • Minimum of three years of manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering experience
  • Experience working on the production floor with various types of manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams/schematics
  • Strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to succeed with little supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work as part of a cross-functional team
