Unlock your potential in a dynamic environment. As an Accounting & Finance Intern, you'll be assigned to one of our Corporate Finance teams based in Tralee, Ireland.

We're seeking motivated individuals studying Accounting and Finance, Business, or related degrees on track for a 2:1 degree classification. Our ideal candidate is results-oriented, a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong ability to work well in a team, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

As part of our Early Careers Program, you'll gain invaluable work experience, networking opportunities, and exposure to our Senior Leaders. You'll assist in reviewing and preparing financial statements, communicate with auditors and site accountants, and participate in ad-hoc duties/projects.

Kerry Internship Programme offers meaningful work experience, learning about our wider business, and opportunities to demonstrate your contributions. We aim to convert our best performing interns to graduates through an early assessment centre at the end of the programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements
  • Communicating with auditors and site accountants
  • Participating in ad-hoc duties/projects

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Corporate Finance team, gaining valuable experience and building your professional network.

Our internship programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Throughout the programme, you'll receive regular feedback and support from our experienced team members, helping you to achieve your career goals.

Upon completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to apply for a graduate role within our organisation.
