Job Title: Community Support Specialist

Description: We are seeking motivated professionals to provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Healthcare or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Working knowledge of HIQA regulations and adherence to National Standard policies
  • Understanding of person-centred care and planning
  • Knowledge of current policy and developments in social care within disability services

  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Full driver's license and availability of own car is essential
