The primary role of this key engineering position is to provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
- Provide leadership and expertise in building ad verification, analytics, and anti-ad fraud solutions that meet the team's mission of helping advertisers understand the quality of the ad opportunities they're purchasing.
- Our team provides tools that help advertisers maximize their ROI by displaying recommended targets for their investments.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of architecting and building end-to-end software solutions, enjoys working in a collaborative and agile environment, and brings innovative solutions to complex problems with a desire to improve the status quo.
Responsibilities:- Architect, design, build, and integrate core products end to end.
- Lead the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation, as well as mentoring a team.
- Partner with the Product team and other stakeholders across the company to understand product requirements, gather business and technical requirements from clients, and research and develop solutions, including API development.
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, exciting, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
- Strong knowledge of Java (collections, multi-threading, JVM memory model, etc.).
- Experience building high-volume, low-latency systems, and APIs.
- Experience building software used in data delivery and distribution across multiple platforms.
- Experience designing and developing containerized and distributed applications in the cloud.
- Experience partnering with Product and other high-level stakeholders across the company to meet business deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
