Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant/Painter to join our team at The Address Sligo. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations to ensure our property is well-maintained and meets our business needs.
  • Supervise and allocate tasks to the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work.
