About the Role:
We are seeking a Computer Systems Technician to join our team at Allied Staff Augmentation Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' computer systems. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal system downtime, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware/software calls, using technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation and be available for onsite support per a pre-defined schedule.

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT troubleshooting, installation, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing clear, friendly, and effective technical support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple support tickets efficiently.
