Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand and supply for commercially critical molecules for Global Markets and Global Supply Sites.

This role involves overseeing supply plans based on market requirements, monitoring system-generated supply plans, avoiding and minimizing any supply disruptions, and maintaining service levels.

The Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of supply planners, setting and managing annual performance goals, providing support and clear direction daily, and fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, and empowerment.

Candidates should have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. A qualification in a business-related discipline or supply chain is essential.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, with excellent presentation skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Manage and balance global demand and supply for assigned supply chains.
  • Drive Global Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Review and level load site demand.
  • Mitigate capacity shortfalls in line with inventory targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

Qualification in a Business-Related Discipline or Supply Chain

Previous Experience as a Supply Chain Manager

Competent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (Especially Microsoft Excel)

Excellent Presentation Skills

Excellent Persuasion and Influencing Skills

Rapid Response and/or SAP Experience
