">About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join our team in a senior associate role. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in tax, law, or accountancy and relevant experience working on tax technical matters, planning, and structuring.
">Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on complex tax transactions, including corporate reorganisation, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and public offerings. They will also work on private equity transactions, property transactions, share-based remuneration schemes, employment taxation, VAT, and indirect taxes.
">RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a tax consultant or tax lawyer, with a strong track record of working on tax technical matters. You will also need excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
