Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays and ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and career development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential contracting, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore, and MS Office Suite. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
