An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the end-to-end order management process from receipt of orders to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, review and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Verify order details including pricing, quantities and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, production and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce stockouts and overstocking.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as backorders, substitutions and delivery discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and delivery timelines.
- Identify and drive process improvements within the order management function.
- Develop initiatives to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- 3 years experience in supply chain with a strong emphasis on order management, inventory control and logistics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in ERP and order management systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends and implement actionable insights.
