Job Description

As a Director of Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of our finance services in Ireland. This involves developing long-term client relationships, leading business development efforts, and staying abreast of emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members across all practices to serve client needs.
  • Lead business development and client pursuit efforts with strong market insight and past sales record.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on finance matters and stay up-to-date with emerging business and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in consulting and finance.
  • Proven ability to write and shape proposals, manage senior stakeholders, and develop strategic finance and IT relationships.
  • Strong market focus, excellent technology knowledge, and experience covering current trends and best practice consulting.
  • MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA, or PMP/Prince2 qualification.
