About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within our highly respected Business Intelligence and Financial Planning function. As Performance Analysis Lead, you will oversee all reporting and performance analysis processes for one of CRH's business segments, working closely with senior stakeholders across various teams.

The successful candidate will have ownership of overall Group financial planning and budgeting processes, as well as leading and coaching analysts on reporting issues. Experience in FP&A and management or financial reporting is essential, while proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is also required.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, able to liaise with senior management and maintain discretion and confidentiality when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and execution of key processes and resources;
  • Annual financial planning and budgeting process for CRH Group;
  • Monthly Board and management reporting for the relevant segment;
  • Review and ownership of quarterly briefing notes and 10-Q/10-K sections;
  • Support to R&PA analysts on reporting issues and team leadership;
Requirements
  • Professional qualification (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) with minimum 8 years PQE;
  • Experience in FP&A and management or financial reporting;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
