Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing moderately complex client accounts, developing processes to foster positive relationships with clients, and ensuring their operational needs are met. The ideal candidate will renew, expand, and convert service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base.

The successful applicant will call upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can resolve moderately complex client issues, research problems, and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client's customers are consistently satisfied with our products and services, and resolve escalated issues
  • Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth objectives
  • Evaluate the client's customer needs and propose potential solutions
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the client customer and may coordinate the work of client service teams
Requirements
  • Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships

Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in an Account Manager position
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience working in an IT or technical environment
