The Opportunity
We're currently looking for a Recruitment Team Member to join our team in Naas, Kildare. This role involves sourcing and recruiting top talent for our nursing and allied health professional teams. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for our nursing and allied health professional teams
- Interview and shortlist candidates
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Work closely with our in-house OH Department to ensure compliance
- Conduct open days, college visits, and client visits
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
- Be IT literate
