About the Project

The project involves the development of a new Healthcare facility, requiring a high level of expertise and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing the workflow of subcontractors, ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site. Additionally, you will oversee the civils/groundworks, drainage, structure, concrete works, façade, and internal works, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall site operations, including civils/groundworks, drainage, structure, concrete works, façade, and internal works.
  • Oversee the workflow of subcontractors, ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting the required quality and safety specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate the resources required to complete the project, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade background or construction-related degree.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
  • Previous experience on large-scale residential projects is desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
