Job Description:

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with homeless populations or vulnerable groups, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure suitable placements for vulnerable individuals and families
  • Engage with accommodation providers to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Support clients through accommodation-related complaints and health and safety concerns
  • Monitor attendance and provide regular reports to the team

Requirements:

  • One year's experience working with homeless people or vulnerable groups
  • Strong understanding of homelessness and its effects
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Minimum two years' experience in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel
