Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new Healthcare build in Galway. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects follow schedules, programmes, and budget.

About the Role
  • Full management of construction sites, including relevant paperwork and documentation.
  • Coordination of site team & sub-contractors.
  • Ensure project follows schedules, programmes, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Monitor work in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee Health & Safety on site, implementing safety procedures.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
  • RC Frame and Fit-Out experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
