Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Data Operations team. As a key member, you will play a central role in enhancing user experience by annotating and evaluating data from customers who opt into our grading program.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong language skills, cultural knowledge, and analytical abilities to assess responses against guidelines. You will work closely with international teams to provide high-quality annotations that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement annotation guidelines
  • Annotate and evaluate audio and visual data from customers
  • Provide high-quality annotations that meet the highest standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Swedish reading, writing, and comprehension to support the local market
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension for collaboration with international teams
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
  • Knowledge of local region and cultural variations
  • Demonstrated integrity and focus on customer privacy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking in evaluating language use and dialects
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulousness
  • Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
  • Experience in content review or similar environments; prior testing experience is a plus
