Working on your own initiative and proficiency in undertaking Red Book reports and valuations for various purposes and clients.

A team player with the ability to work to tight timelines, direct junior members, and work within a team environment.

Collaborating with the Investment, Retail, Business Space, Property Management, Residential and Development Land teams. Experience in valuing trade later assets an advantage.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Assist in the delivery of Special Projects which requires short and intensive time delivery requirements.

Excellent client-facing presentation skills.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
