Job Summary:
Accounts and Inventory Management PositionThis role involves managing accounts, inventory control, and supporting various business tasks. The ideal candidate should have a practical approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:- Preparing and issuing customer invoices for goods and services provided.
- Inputting supplier invoices into the accounting system to ensure accurate financial records.
- Processing payments from customers, including national and international bank transactions.
- Operating payroll systems to manage employee salaries and benefits.
- Utilizing accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting, and analysis.
- Supporting various business functions, including purchasing, stock control, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an office or accounts role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages an advantage.
