Cybersecurity Project Management Opportunity

The role of a Cybersecurity Project Manager is to spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale cybersecurity projects ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

This position requires a strong background in managing complex projects, effective leadership, training, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project communications, and cultivating resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Drive Program Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor cybersecurity programs to ensure timely delivery and scope alignment.
  • Cultivate and Manage Resources: Allocate resources effectively across cybersecurity projects and programs balancing resource constraints with project demands for optimal utilization.
  • Drive Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects integrating risk management practices into program planning and execution.
  • Manage Project Communications and Engagement with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Requirements: 4+ years of professional project management experience with proven planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
  • Additional Skills: Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management, knowledge of NIST/NICE framework, strategic thinking, strong communication and collaboration skills.
