
Audit Compliance Officer

The role of an Auditor is to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and operating practices within depots across Ireland. To achieve this, they must have strong planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel between client depots/warehouses within a designated territory is required.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Verify findings by comparing results to documentation.
- Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report and discussing findings with auditees.
- Conduct special audits and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Perform and maintain control of the full audit cycle, which includes reliability, compliance with applicable regulations & directives, and risk management.
Audit experience would be beneficial in this role, along with a strong work ethic and exemplary integrity. The ability to adapt to change and a commitment to continuous process improvement are also essential.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to have excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver feedback. They must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Full clean driver's license; own car required.
