Key Responsibilities:
1. Mentor team members within the area of quality and commissioning processes.
2. Implement quality and commissioning procedures in line with clients' standards.
3. Contribute to innovation in design, installation, start-up, and commissioning to improve efficiency while maintaining best-in-class safety.
4. Create snagging/punch lists and foresee potential quality issues at early stages.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
6. Manage various contractors efficiently.
7. Coordinate the development and implementation of commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols.
8. Collaborate with design and construction teams to integrate commissioning requirements into project workflows.
9. Oversee testing, verification, and validation of critical systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, and IT infrastructure).
10. Compile documentation for testing and inspections related to quality and commissioning.
Requirements:
1. Degree qualification in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in mission-critical facilities is desirable, particularly Power Generation, Substations, Data Centres, or Oil & Gas.
