Financial Analyst Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to join a growing finance team. As a financial analyst, you will play a key role in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, supporting the annual statutory financial statement process, and liaising with tax specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet and P&L summaries.
- Support the annual statutory financial statement process and external audit activities.
- Liaise with tax specialists to ensure compliance with VAT, corporation tax, and CSO requirements.
- Contribute to SOX compliance and internal control processes.
- Post and review monthly journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Continuously improve existing finance processes and drive efficiency within reporting cycles.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and compliance.
- 05 years PQE open to Big 4/Top 10 practice candidates or those with industry experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
