Job Title: Technical Service Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team as a Technical Service Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems installations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of customer landscapes from technical and business perspectives, including interfaces.
  • Collaborate with customers for planning and operations, aligning on upcoming changes and executing accordingly.
  • Ensure high availability of customer services by supporting service restoration in critical situations and working proactively on landscape stability.
  • Analyze and investigate issues, creating root cause analyses (RCAs) as the foundation for continuous improvement.
  • Support the productization of services, including initial setup, documentation, and standardization.
  • Align on planning activities and system build processes, define handover criteria, and ensure operational readiness of the operations team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or comparable fields.
  • Background in SAP technology and products, with excellent knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations and cross-dependencies like integration.
  • Knowledge of the entire technology stack (Application, Database, Server management) and ability to analyze issues and system architectures.
  • About 7-10 years of experience in operating systems installations is required.
