Design and Development Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from commercial to sports to museums & conservation projects. You will be embedded into the team straight away and will be able to get stuck into your work from the start.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components
- Conduct engineering calculations and analysis
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex technical problems
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on engineering solutions
- Adhere to industry regulations and safety standards
The successful candidate will have experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within a Main Contractor Setting. They will also be a people-person, able to communicate effectively, and work well both independently and within a team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
