About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the growth and success of our commerce partners. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that drives partner satisfaction, adoption, and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Partner Success strategy that maximizes partner satisfaction and drives adoption of additional travel products
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers and integration specialists
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver partner needs
  • Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure and support complex partner relationships
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the commerce and travel spaces
