Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing support to vulnerable children and young people. As a senior frontline leader, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering care packages tailored to individual needs.

You will work closely with management to uphold standards and ensure the house runs smoothly, leveraging your leadership skills to create a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant field, along with at least two years' experience working directly with children/young people in a social care setting.

This position requires strong communication skills, ability to work in therapeutic care models, and familiarity with National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.

As a full-time employee, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from €42,432.00 to €46,176.00 yearly, along with flexible rostering focused on work-life balance, professional training, and education assistance grants.
